It's a unisex gym with affordable price. They have enough equipments for everyone. All machines are latest and in perfect condition. Trainers are really very good. They all are professional. They give you proper attention and are very well behaved. They have a top notch music system and fully air-conditioned environment with oscillating fans at regular intervals. They have kept sanitizer at each and every machine. Ladies generally come for exercise in the morning shift. Second shift is generally comprised of men. However, there's no such hard-n-fast rule. That's why I said "generally". In my opinion, best gym in Kareli area. I can vouch for it.
