Very bad service and no facilities they don't have locker they don't have shower also no tredmill and charges is very high compared to other gym they have lots of facilities but elisian dont have trainer also not good all trainers want you to take personal training which is very costly over all waste of money and waste of time

Don't go there. Owner is very rude. She don't know how to talk with clients. She is asking too much but not providing facilities according to fees. Their are many better gym in civil lines area like Orbis, just fit pro , new body line, annies fitness& gold. Don't come here total waste of money.

The location is near Patrika Chauraha. Opening timings - Mon to Sat Open. Sunday closed. Timing- 6 AM to 10 AM and 5 PM to 9 PM. They have some good types of equipment and machines but the cardio section is quite congested. Their changing room is too small.

Owner is very good and supportive, very helpful . Trainer are very professional especially suraj very experienced.

I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience at Elysian, and I feel it's important to share my honest feedback to help others make informed decisions. Here's what happened during my time at the gym: 1 Rude and Unprofessional Behavior by the Owner The gym owner was incredibly rude on multiple occasions, showing no respect for clients who raise genuine concerns. Instead of addressing issues constructively, the owner resorts to dismissive and condescending remarks, which makes it difficult for members to feel comfortable in the gym environment. 2 Greedy and Unethical Practices by the Trainer The gym trainer exhibited a greedy nature, demanding extra money for services that were either part of the membership or poorly delivered. Despite multiple requests, the additional money I paid was not refunded. Shockingly, I found out that other clients have also been taken advantage of in a similar manner. 3 Pressure to Take Down Reviews Earlier When I shared my feedback online, the owner pressured me to delete my Google review, which is highly unethical. They even made false claims, stating that I was never a member of the gym, in an attempt to discredit my review and silence any criticism. 4 Fake Claims to Discredit Clients The owner has a pattern of making fake claims about clients who post reviews publicly, alleging they were never part of the gym. This dishonest approach reflects poorly on the gym's management and further damages trust. It's unfortunate that a place meant to promote health and well-being is marred by such unprofessionalism, greed, and unethical behavior. I would strongly advise potential members to reconsider joining Elysian. There are many gyms out there that value their clients and provide a respectful, professional environment--this is certainly not one of them. PS: Transparency and honesty go a long way in building trust with customers. Instead of trying to silence negative feedback, Elysian should focus on addressing the issues and improving their services.
