I started with Shilpi at the time when I was facing severe back issues and was at the lowest flexibility ... even sitting down in cross-legged position was a challenge for me. Joining yoga with Shilpi was the best decision. In less than 20 sessions, i am back to my normal levels of flexibility and have started testing my limits. Though wtill a long way to go. She is gentle yet persistent and designs the classes such that they are very hard yet ensure results. I look forward to a consistent yoga journey with her to improve more and more.
