I started with Shilpi at the time when I was facing severe back issues and was at the lowest flexibility ... even sitting down in cross-legged position was a challenge for me. Joining yoga with Shilpi was the best decision. In less than 20 sessions, i am back to my normal levels of flexibility and have started testing my limits. Though wtill a long way to go. She is gentle yet persistent and designs the classes such that they are very hard yet ensure results. I look forward to a consistent yoga journey with her to improve more and more.

I started Prenatal classes with Shilpi when i am about to enter my second trimester with a very bad backache and within just a few classes my backache subsided. Her directions are clear and precise so you're not looking up to check you're doing the right thing and she's very observant, constantly checking you're positioning. Her classes are truly for all levels. She's a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person. Highly recommend! 10/10

I am doing yoga with Shilpi through online sessions. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about yoga. She adapts the session based on the special needs of the participant - on some days when I was not well, she adapted the session to not do the flow sequences. She is also very flexible and adjusts the timing based on our availability when possible. She also continuously challenges and encourages us to improve ourselves in each session. All in all, I love the sessions and look forward to continue my yoga journey with her.
