I wouldn't recommend this gym. They don't provide clear information upfront. The equipment is outdated and poorly maintained: barbell clips are broken, chest fly and reverse fly machines offer minimal support (making proper form difficult), and dumbbells above 15 kg don't have 2.5 kg increments-max weight is 30 kg and the rack is too small. Most machines are poorly greased, creating unnecessary friction, and the yoga mats are dirty. The facilities are also unhygienic: the bathrooms are dirty, and the drinking water tastes salty, as if it isn't purified. On top of that, no one offers guidance on correct form, so everyone trains with their own potentially unsafe technique. Overall, not a safe or well-maintained environment for serious training.
