Disappointing Experience at Strong Blow Gym
I usually don't write reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience at Strong Blow Gym to help others make an informed decision.
This gym appears to be highly money-minded. There is no general male trainer available, which is a basic requirement for any fitness facility. Cleanliness is a serious issue--toilets are dirty, and there is no cleaning staff to maintain hygiene.
Most of the time, 2 to 3 treadmills are out of order, and no effort is made to repair them quickly. There is no system to re-rack weights, and the personal trainers show no civic sense or discipline in managing the space. The manager's behavior is extremely rude, and they don't entertain any concerns or feedback once you join.
The most frustrating part is that they don't offer a trial class, so you only find out about these issues after paying the full amount--and they have a strict no-refund policy.
In short, I would not recommend this gym to anyone who's looking for a professional and supportive workout environment. There are many better options available.

Like most other reviewers, I can confirm that the gym was poorly managed and client feedback was ignored. Treadmills rarely worked. There were no fans or AC in the cardio/treadmill area and to make matters worse, the treadmills were directly opposite a giant glass window, raising temperatures to dangerous highs. One had to navigate an obstacle course of dicarded weights everywhere. And forget about hygiene. The place is a scam.

The washroom always has a strong, unpleasant smell. It is not cleaned properly, which creates a very unhygienic atmosphere inside the gym.

Most of the treadmills are either out of order or not functioning properly. They remain in the same condition for weeks without any repair work.

The incline of the treadmill also changes automatically without pressing any button. I myself have almost fallen multiple times because of this issue.

Members waiting at the gate Because biometric entry is not active, members often have to wait outside at the gate until someone from inside opens it. This is frustrating and wastes time.

Sometimes, while using the treadmill, the speed suddenly increases on its own. This is extremely unsafe and can cause serious injuries to members.
