Good gym, experienced trainers and staff. The machines are very good and well maintained. In my opinion please visit Metal Fit once, you will not be disappointed.

Gym with modern machines for all the body parts. Experienced staff like Mr Abbas make it easy for people to perform different activities. Spacious area for strength and body weight cardio exercises.

Note:- Honest And accurate review:- Oh Yes my experience, definitely I will share here for all of you, this is the best gym in this locality. I joined this on May 19th, 2022, Since then I have experienced many things in this gym, One by one I will explain as follows: (i) Equipments:- High quality equipments are available here in this gym.All the machines are of the brand Precor USA. All machines are functional and hassle free. Treadmill and cross trainer are best in these segments. Overall very good quality equipments are available. (ii) Trainers:- In this gym, professional trainers mostly bodybuilding gurus are available.There are three trainers named Shuja Hussain sir, Abbas Sir, and Sonu sir. Shuja sir is giving training to me, honestly speaking about him he is very generous very professional and highly qualified in bodybuilding and also winner of UP state bodybuilding championship. SO I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HIM, HE IS DOING WORK ON MY CORE STRENGTH.ALSO WILL GIVE YOU INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION NOT AS A GENERAL. (iii) Cleanliness:- Sweeper cleans all the equipments and floor and toilets twice in a day, So you will get very clean and neat gym. (iv) Locality:- Location is easily reachable it is on the Hardoi ring road between Dubbagga and Buddheshwar Lucknow, conveyance and City buses are available in every 5 mins. I have written all the above points after using 6 weeks .So very honest review,and I gave 30 minutes of my precious time to write this review.So kindly visit once and "get fit with metal fit".
