Great gym, all basic facilities available, left for reaching third floor, many equipments, zumba, etc Best part is the staff - really helpful

I enrolled in this gym for 3 months but barely managed to go for 2. The facility might look fine at first glance, but the staff is completely unprofessional and rude. The so-called manager constantly throws around fitness advice, yet looks like he hasn't touched a dumbbell in years -- the word "fitness" clearly doesn't exist in his dictionary. If you're thinking of joining, do it at your own risk. If you're someone who knows how to train on your own and ignore nonsense, maybe you'll survive. Otherwise, stay far away. You've been warned.

It's located just beside kendriye bhawan you can find it easily , i ve joined recently and doing well , neat and clean gym almost every machine available, in the peak hours you can see it crowded otherwise its good to go , its located on the third floor , arobic section is on second floor so you can go through stairs , i liked just coz its nearby and not so expensive , i ve checked many gym around but i found it that suits me , i cant describe fee structure here but if you go on anual package then you can ask for handsome discount , trainers are also good they dont interrupt unnecessarily so you can do your work out according to your schedule . nice environment and great music selection also .

One of the best experiences I've had at this gym. A good blend of professionalism and friendly atmosphere with knowledge to improve clients' overall health and body. Well maintained facility and equipments to work with. Trained closely with one of the trainers, Ansh sir, who has helpful nature and good understanding of anatomy of a human body.

The gym is really a professional place for workout. The trainers and staff are super helpful and accomodative. Kavya ma'am is always there for help. (Yes female trainers are there too!)The ambience is very friendly. Moreover ,the equipments are new and working perfectly. Overall a fine place fora hearty workout.
