I'm truly satisfied with the yoga classes conducted by Akash sir. He's acquainted with the intricate details that other yoga teachers often skip to mention. Very particular about the environment you're practicing in to get better results. What's more satisfying is that he plays around various yoga practices that following a strict routine, hence keeping the boredom at bay.

My personal experience to this place is nice. I feel safe n stressless and feel deeply calm,my mind relax when we perform some type of meditation like control of breathing..at the end I say this is very good place if u want to b fit n healthy n last but not least our teacher is best yoga teacher.

Akash ji is an amazing Yogacharya. I have joined his classes to learn and practise Advance Yoga. He has very good knowledge of and teaching experience in Yoga, Naturopathy and Acupressure and is also well aware of various complementary therapies that provide relaxation. He is really passionate about the whole spiritual practice of Yoga and beautifully explains the scientific and spiritual logic behind every asana and pranayam that he teaches us. He gives individual attention to everyone, even in his online classes. He is very patient and polite and does his best to cater to the needs of all his learners. The atmosphere is very peaceful at his centre. I promise you, you'll have a blissful mental and physical experience here.
