Love working out here!!!!! The gym has such a positive and comfortable vibe clean space, good energy, and everything feels just right. But the best part for me is the female trainer ( anju ma'am). She's absolutely amazing super friendly, approachable, and really knows how to guide you without making it feel overwhelming. There's this warm, familiar energy she brings like you're training with someone who genuinely cares about your progress. I actually look forward to coming here every day, and a huge part of that is because of her. Highly recommend this place if you want a trainer who's both skilled and super supportive!!!

Overall it is a nice gym for girls, Instructor is always there to guide. Highly recommended gym in Lakhimpur Kheri. Timings are also suitable both in morning and evening. All the machines are working. Aerobics and yoga is also included. All kinds of workout plans are also available.

Absolutely worth going. Very close to my residence, and no other gyms with the same facilities are in proximity. Trainer Ma'am is very cooperative, kind, and strict also in terms of exercise routines and diet plans. They have all the gym equipment that is necessary. And on road locality, make it safe and easy to reach.
