This is a best gym! specially the trainers are experienced,, nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give their best tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my 'energy less' body. Now I feel much stronger than before, If we talk about gym infrastructure , it's divided into two floor ,with double AC in each floor . All the equipments are new and placed in a proper space. Specially I like cardio section which is present in upper floor, from where you can enjoy exterior environment from the big glass wall Overall I want to say that it's best ,with a very cheap rate ,

A must recommend gym for the guys who are really looking to shape up their body. The facility and the machines are so good that you will even enjoy the hardest exercise. Never thought that we would be having such a cult class gym in Avas Vikas.
