I lost 2kg weight in just 1month although I was not consistent. Here trainers are best and guides pretty well. Facility here is quite good. In this area it's pretty well for girls and ladies too as female trainer guides them.

Best GYM in Kanpur. This gym is amazing. Great facilities, high quality equipment and a great atmosphere. Friendly staff with good service, excellent trainers, a great training opportunity for everyone. Highly recomended to join because I found result in one month.

When I was joined the gym ..I was too thin( 50kg)but after one month of training (in the guidance of shristhi mam) I gained 2 kg weight in just one month (now I am 52) ...all over good experience....specially for girls...if you want to join any gym than I join sharp fitness gym...

The gym atmosphere is splendid and I do a weight loss without any supplement with full support & guidance from Trainor. Recommend the place for the person who want to do a gym under trained and good person.

I joined this gym with my wife for two months and few days only due to my personal commitments. But, this time span in the gym was really effective, efficient and full of knowledge. Shanu sir and Shrishti ma'am gave us personal training. They focused on our strength and muscle building, pushed us time to time whenever needed. Besides this, they also guided on diet and supplements. They were very polite and considerate about recovery. They also gave online training when we were out of town for some days. Really recommend it to everyone.

I recently joined sharp fitness gym and it has been my best choice. My trainer shrishti ma'am is exceptional and very friendly and inspires me every day and motivate me with her tips and tricks to get the best out of me .
