Empower fitness is an amazing gym,amazing workouts.The trainers are amazing and offer tons of support and encouragement on your fitness journey.The Zumba and the yoga sessions are really awesome and I really enjoy doing it.Definitely I recommend and encourage everyone to try it out,you won't be disappointed .
