a well shaped body requires 90% diet and 10% gym. that 10% is only possible with good trainers. here only one trainer trains .....the other one is busy in building his own. AND ask for diet chart..they provide common diet chart to all irrespective of body type. if you know how to exercise ....they have BEST EQUIPMENT
