Well! The gym and especially guidance of coaches here has been tremendously life changing for me. I joined when I was diagnosed with Pre-Diabetic condition with a loss of faith if I could save myself from endless trap of meds and doctors. But then with amazing Dedication and depth knowledge of coaches especially Palka ma'am has given me my independence from meds with Diabetic Reversal. Not only that I lost 17 kgs in a span of 2.5 months which was amazing transformation.... Thanks ma'am and the coaches for all the guidance and efforts....
