I have been doing gym on and off for many years but experience with Max Fitness of top of all. It is a value for money gym. New gym equipment, all in working condition. All the options in terms of equipment are available. Very descent gentry and very female friendly also which is very much evident from number of girls doing gym here. Last but not the least..the owner/trainer here is awesome. Such a genuine person with lot of patience and knowledge. They have a team of 3-4 trainers available to guide and coach.

I would always suggest to opt for max gym. It has maximum machinery available for gymming. Best part is they have separate area for cardio , trademill and other high intensity cardio and a separate area for other exercises. Vey open space and you always have your space to perform routines. Ajay bhaiya as a trainer is so adorable.

Not best but you have a beginner so join here for learning because Trainer are too good and experienced as compared to another place.

I have gained tremendous results after joining Max Gym and training under the guidance of Ajay sir. Ajay sir helps me stay motivated and monitors my condition on a day to day basis. Due to his invaluable guidance I was able to reduce 8kgs in a month.

Today I visited this gym because this is the nearest one from my place Frankly I will only give 2 star ratings to this gym. Because they don't have basic amenities 1. There is no female Washroom 2. There is no changing room for female and male as well 3. There is no dedicated gym footwear I mean people will come with dirty shoes and can start workout Hygiene is not maintained. 4. All the rods and bar are rusty. 5. It was a small area for any exercise I was doing a deadlift and people were very closely crossing in front of me. So this gym is Ideal for boys only It's Strange that the gym has a 4+ rating Must be fake ratings or People here never visited good gyms

Nice gym environment. Good equipments and very supportive gym trainers. Very good for your daily gym routines. Give it try for sure.
