One of the best gym's in the area with good machines and ample space to workout with good ventilation.the best part of the gym is its timings. Gym is open from 5 AM in the morning till 11 PM night,so timing will never be the reason to miss workout.

Gym area is good and equipped with almost all the machines; battle rope, tyre flip has separate area outside the gym, it is open from 5:15 AM , trainers are good and will help you out regularly, but you have to dedicate yourself. Overall a good environment for both males and females to burn some calories.

A well equipped gym with trainers having all the experience one requires for a perfect gymming experience, be it a beginner or a body builder. A very rational fee structure is the cherry on the cake. It gives a major competition to one of the best gyms in Delhi NCR, especially Ghaziabad and is a bit underrated as of now. I would suggest every individual reading this to give it a try and you will know. A big problem in many gyms is the use of artifical products for body building which is a thing which trainers here are well aware about and they do not support such practices. They believe in rigorous and consistent training and no short cuts lead you to your goals. It's all about the experience and giving it your best, why to waste your money somewhere else when you're getting here everything you need in just 1,000 rupees per month!
