GOLD'S GYM, RDC, GHAZIABAD

The Gym is at its worst 1) All the machines are local local 2) The mens washroom is in very bad shape 3) Dumbells are kept everywhere 4) Even The leg press machines weight are left behind 5) The choice of music is too loud 6) They just want client to take PT session when u take it the trainee leave and they will adjuat in Membership so do not take PT 7) They want you to take a year membership please do not take it 8) The staff are too arrogant to listen to complaints of client client 9) Only attendent 1 Zumba session that too the AC was not working so have to leave in between 10) There is no Session like Yoga and Boxing also AC is not working so no use Note-: They will want you to take 1 year membership please do not take it at any cost

Gold's Gym is a very luxurious and premium gym in Ghaziabad region. There are many facilities provided by gym . Tushar [ Floor Trainer ] is a very good Trainer , and he guide's me in the training.

Hate this gym. Management is bad. Services are not upto the mark.

Worst gym under the name of Gold's Gym. I have been a member here for one year, and I have continuously faced problems, whether it's the air conditioning, the machinery, or the infrastructure. The floor mats are scratched, and the roof is hanging. The management is poor. I enrolled in a three-month Personal Trainer program, but the trainer left the gym after a month, resulting in wasted subscription money, with no replacement provided. I highly recommend joining Cultfit instead. Also, adding more, they requested me to edit this comment and change it to a good comment praising the gym and they ensured all my queries would be resolved but again the staff changed and my queries remained unsolved. The new staff didn't cooperated and at the end, I left the gym in frustration given I had 3 months more left.

This place has plenty of space to workout. The trainers on the floor in the gym provide good workout advice. The gym could have better dumbbells and weight plates as they are getting old and wearing out. The squat bar needs replacement. Other than that it's a good gym.

This is one of the best gym in Ghaziabad having high level machines and equipments. It contains number of tread mills, so that one ned not have to wait for their turn as this was the issue which I was faced in other gyms. The trainers are very supportive here and staff is also very good as compared to other gyms.

The best gym in rdc with amazing facilities. Also takes care of hygiene the machines are always clean, good music system. It also has zumba aerobics yoga classes weakly. Also the trainers are really helpful and kind. There are a lot of gym equipments machines and dumbbells tooo. The overall gym community in nice in there.
