I've been a regular at fit 24 fitness since the last one and a half year and it has helped me maintain my fitness and routine. The staff is especially very helpful. All the trainers are polite and helpful. My trainer sahil sukhdeep ismail has in particular been training with me, helping me gain my strength and stamina very persistently and professionally.

Within this fee, the gym offers a well-maintained and clean space equipped with modern machines for all fitness levels. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with workouts or equipment use. Their motivation and support create a positive environment, making workouts enjoyable and productive. Highly recommended.

Only good for the ones who opted PT or for females. If you do not fall in either catagory, trainers won't even look at you. Never seen unprofessional trainers like Ismile and Deepak.

Honestly didn't expect this level of unprofessionalism from a gym that markets itself as "premium." The staff barely acknowledges you, and when they do, it's with zero respect or manners. Trainers either don't show up or just float around chatting. There's no proper guidance, no structure, and definitely no courtesy. The environment feels more negative than motivating. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone who actually wants a serious, respectful workout space.

Deepak is very good trainer. He has very information regarding the fitness. Gym has very good vibe where you can encourage yourselve to do fitness everyday

I have been working out at Fit24 fitness from the past one and a half year. Clean and comfortable gym. I would specially like to thank trainer Deepak. He knows how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. And I am seeing a big change in my energy levels. I highly recommend checking this gym out.

Pretty disappointed with the overall experience here. The trainers are barely available and when they are, they don't really guide properly or even know how to talk to customers There's a serious lack of professionalism -- basic ethics and respectful communication are just missing. Nobody seems trained to actually handle members or maintain a decent gym environment Not worth it if you're looking for a proper, respectful fitness .

Very poor experience at Fit24 Gym. Trainer Smiley is unprofessional, lacks proper exercise knowledge, and gives little to no attention to male clients. Most of his focus is on female clients, often in an overly personal way. When male members ask for help, he is either unavailable or busy chatting. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable in a professional fitness environment. The gym clearly needs better-trained, respectful, and knowledgeable staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a serious workout atmosphere
