I have been practicing yoga in online mode with Vishal sir ji. The classes are very well curated on daily and weekly basis and focus on different body parts. The class is well cushioned with relaxing poses and focus on pranayam as well. Vishal sir ji demonstrates asanas very well to begin with and explains importance of each asanas. He is highly attentive throughout the class to ensure students follow right asanas forms. Further, his positive energy keeps the class lively and pleasant. Hari OM
