The gym has the usual equipment for cardio and weight training. Some machines work well, but a few might need maintenance. It's manageable for casual fitness, but not the best if you're aiming for serious progress. Trainers are present but don't always guide unless you've taken personal training. Cleanliness is average -- could definitely be better in changing areas. Gets crowded in the evenings, and there's limited space during peak time. Overall, fine for staying active, but don't expect anything premium.
