Review: Bodypower Platinum Gym I've been going to Bodypower Platinum Gym for the past month, and I'm truly impressed with the experience. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and there's a great variety to suit all fitness goals. What really sets this gym apart is the team. The staff are consistently friendly, motivating, and genuinely invested in the progress of their members. The trainers in particular deserve special mention: Shahid Sir is always present on the floor--cordial, patient, and exceptionally helpful. His calm presence creates a supportive atmosphere. Very particular about the techniques. Sunny Khan brings incredible energy and specializes in HIIT and circuit training. His sessions are both challenging and motivating. Ashraf Sir is a senior trainer whose experience and depth of knowledge make his guidance truly valuable. Another big plus is that the gym is budget-friendly, offering excellent value without compromising on quality or service--perfect for anyone looking to stay fit without breaking the bank. The overall vibe is welcoming and energetic--definitely a place that keeps you coming back.

I can say it's really a good gym with the great Ambiance and atmosphere with well equipped equipment's proper cardio section functional section and separate weight training area. Trainers are really supportive they help u in everyway .. gym has also daily classes for cardio yoga zumba spinning... best quality spinning cycles.. 5 star for Bodypower Bareilly

The Best Gym of Bareilly. My son joined this gym last year and in such a short time ,he has transformed himself gracefully. The Coach and all the other staff is really very Nice.

One of the best gyms in Bareilly. I was very skeptical before joining but my experience from past one month has been beyond amazing. Trainers are really helpful and the management is super supportive. Very safe place to workout for women, even if you working out till late in the night. Highly recomme it to all the fitness freaks out there!

By reading positive reviews of this gym I joined it. Although gym is ok, however there is very much scope of improvement here. 1) Only very few gym members uses gym towel here which is little bit surprising for me by considering the hygiene maintenance. On informing receptionist about this issue, she told me that it is not possible for them to ask everyone to carry and use the towels, which was little bit surprising for me, as they are charging around 3000 to 3500rs per month for the gym, and in this amount definitely I was expecting maintenance of proper hygiene via gym owners. 2) Also if you are hard core gym lover, then definitely you will miss the equipments and machines here to get most out of the gym. Like here machines for shoulder press, chest press, butterfly are not the usual one that you will find in most of the reputed gyms. So you will not get that feeling of muscle pumped up via these machines. 3) The worst part is here that one of the area of this gym has foul smell due some leakage problem in bathroom area of upper floor. So it was not at all possible for me to use this area for exercise. Although on informing gym owner about this, he assured me that he will try to fix it, however problem still persist. Now a days, they are using air freshener spray to get rid of this but this is not the proper solution.

Worst place to work out. I joined it 2 years back for a fitness journey. I regret to say that the trainers are not professional at all and don't have deep knowledge about biomechanics involved in every exercise and dunno about GNRH, and other basic medical terminologies quite embarrassing.

It's a well equipped gym. It has all the types of equipment, from basic yoga mats to advance pull up machines. The weights availability is adequate. The room for 50 people during one batch won't create a fuss. The settlement of all the equipments is done in haste. Staff is average. Trainers are good. They seem a lil too busy alomst Everytime, so it's a great gym for odd hours.
