This gym isn't that good, it's below average. When it comes to gym in Banda, not a single one is very good, there are few average gym and others are below average .these are the below issues which I find with this one 1. Very less space, it's overly crowded . 2. No attention for personal hygiene 3. Very old equipments, and you won't get any cardio specific equipments. 4. No professional trainer is available around.

Body temple gym is the best gym in Banda . Great facilities have been provided at a low fee. Great parking good management. Great machine. Highly educated coaches who have very good knowledge of every machine exersise and cordio. Sandeep Singh is the first mp Ed degree Holder coach of Banda. And is also trained. He gets 100% result there is a very good gym.

It is an awesome gym for beginners and as well as for pro gymmers. Here you can build a lean fitness. Every machines are available here. I also came here and I was amazed to see that all my requirements are available here. And here is a special trainer who himself is having a great physiques. Everyone should go and check this gym. And recently it has changed a lot. New machines had been brought for our new friends who are going to join it. In my opinion it is the best in our locality and having the best place also with huge parking where you can safely park your automobile. The gym trainer is also very friendly with the gymmers. And I am sure everyone will love it. So everyone who live not only in Banda but also other neighbouring places should come and visit this extraordinary gym.
