I've been a member of synergy fitness club for a few months now, and I can honestly say it's been an amazing experience! The facility is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a great variety of equipment to suit all fitness levels. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable--always ready to offer a helping hand or a bit of encouragement. I love the range of classes they offer; the instructors are energetic and make every session fun yet challenging. The atmosphere here is so welcoming, and it's motivating to see such a supportive community of members. Plus, the hours are super convenient, and the pricing is fair for everything you get. I can't say enough good things about synergy fitness club From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the upbeat vibe and the staff's genuine enthusiasm. The gym is spotless, with top-notch equipment that's always in great condition--perfect for my strength training and cardio goals. The personal trainers specially deepak bhaiya is theabsolutely phenomenal; my trainer, in particular, is a game-changer--patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and always tailoring workouts to my specific goals. They have this knack for keeping me motivated with their infectious energy and spot-on advice, making every session something I look forward to. I've been hooked on their spin and HIIT classes--such a blast and a killer workout! The locker rooms are clean, with nice amenities, and I appreciate the little extras like free towel service. Synergy fitness club has totally exceeded my expectations, and I'm thrilled to be a part of this gym

Nice health club, high quality equipments, as per my experience coaches male and female both are so nice and helpful. I was there for few months only and I feel everything awesome, even the people who come to exercise there, all are awesome, I love this place.

I am very happy to write this review for Synergy Gym. Please find it in points below. 1. Good compact gym with all necessary machines and weights. 2. Conveniently located on main road for easy access. 3. Good clientele. 4. The gym and machines are quite nicely maintained and cleaned routinely. 5. The one thing which this gym lacks is adequate space for stretching or yoga. Rest all is OK.

My go to Gym. This Gym has good ambience with all necessary machines. There is a dedicated room for Aerobics, Zumba classes

Surprised to see the negative feedback against management of this gym. I have been a client for almost an year now and I am pretty satisfied with the services and cooperation offered by the owner and management. Regarding training, I have been under supervision of Yuvraj Sir whose knowledge and training technique surpasses any other trainers I have met. Would definitely recommend this gym.
