Performance Pilates Limited

Ellena and Performance Pilates have been a saviour for me in the last 10 months, having first visited due to severe sciatica in August 2024. Ellena's understanding and expertise have got me to the point where my flexibility is vastly improved, and other parts of the body have strengthened as well to support my lower back challenges. Best of all, the sciatic pain has all but dissipated, eliminating any need for surgery or other invasive procedures.

I have had such a wonderful experience at Performance Pilates. I've been taking classes with Anna, Juliet, Brigitte, and Kim for the past two months. The instructors are all very experienced, and customize my routine every week to complement my other workouts. There is plenty of personal attention, as the studio classes are capped at five participants each. The studio has a very nice atmosphere; I always leave class feeling refreshed and lengthened. Thanks to my weekly classes, my body awareness and technical knowledge of Pilates continue to improve. I would highly recommend this studio.

I was a regular at Performance Pilates until I left Wellington a few months ago, and I can really recommend their teaching. The studio is a pleasant and spacious place to work out in.

Performance Pilates is wonderful - I love the smaller classes with more one-on-one focus. The team is great, the studio is great. I never imagined doing pilates - always thought it was a stretching exercise but it is so much more - engages every muscle. Great work guys!

I have been attending Studio classes here for over a decade now. Ellena and her team are fantastic teachers, designing workouts specifically for you - taking into account your own personal health goals, skill and mobility. It has done wonders for me and my chronic bad back, building needed muscles to address my issues long term. Recently, I also started attending the Reformer classes, which have also been fantastic! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to increase mobility, build strength, and recover from injury.
