I've been training with Chris for a couple of months, and I'm really impressed. His experience and knowledge has allowed him to work with, and around, my complex health needs. Sessions are varied, challenging and even enjoyable! Chris is easy to talk to and I appreciate his ability to motivate me in a way that I find effective.

I've been training with Chris for 2 years now. I first contacted Chris because I had a heart attack and woke me up to the realisation that I need to make some major changes with my health and lifestyle.
Chris has so much knowledge not just around training and reaching your goals physically but also around physiology and epidemiology encouraging me to take actions which will increase my longevity, lifespan and health span.

Started my physical training journey with Chris from Advantage Fitness 6 months ago - 12kg heavier than I wished, just overweight and unfit. I couldn't bear look at myself in the mirror anymore, thats when a friend twisted my arm into reaching out to Advantage Fitness.
Chris was just fantastic, replied promptly. Came over to my home and had a fantastic chat about why I reached out. He patiently took me through all the different options, and spent careful consideration in recommending a plan tailored for me. I think that first step was super important, as he made me believe in my fitness journey. I could be strong, I could be fit, I could live a long healthy life for me and my family.
I didn't know how to do a simple squat, a plank, even a star jump, leave alone using all the gym equipment. Despite me being a shy and inexperienced client, he's non-judgmental, patient, and really takes his time to emphasise on technique and my safety.
And it's just a bonus that Chris comes to you, in an environment you feel comfortable. He makes sure I push through and do my session regularly, and feeling great after each one.
Chris also provided me with an easy-to-follow plan for non-session days, to keep me ticking along.
He taught me to grow an appreciation for all round health, wellness and strength from the get go. Under his guidance, I am losing weight, gaining strength, and have energy to play sports and do outdoor activities with my son. I could see these results within the first 3 months of my journey, and was most surprised when comparing to my day 1 baseline tests that Chris did with me.

I have been training with Chris now for just over a year in that time i have gone from 120kg to 90kg! I have also gained some lean muscle mass and gained a ton of strength and just have a all-over better shape.

Chris has been my Personal Trainer for close to 2 years now. Weekly sessions have kept me honest and on track. Gyms are
not really my thing but I have learned how to use the gym equipment and I have grown in strength and confidence. Give Advantage Fitness a go, you wont regret it!
Chris has been absolutely brilliant over the last ew months together. He motivates you in a session while pushing you to your max. He's very helpful and explains things really well when introducing you to something new. He's really friendly and good for a laugh which makes the sessions really enjoyable as well as being very tough!
