Ladies conditioning classes are excellent. You really feel the body burn when the trainer cheers you up to finish your sets. the premise is clean and well maintained, very spacious and not at all crowded. the trainers do a great job and make sure nobody is left behind while exercising. They have classes on 6days of the week (friday holiday).

It's a really good class and perfect Coach, I have only, But I have one comment that please accept it and take it into consideration. There is a member who takes off his shirt and exercises half-naked, and this is not appropriate for the gym or morally inappropriate, as the gym is shared by men and women.
