The front desk and trainers are super welcoming. They guide you and help build your confidence to train. As someone who loves fitness, this is the best gym I've tried so far. Highly recommend!

Fitness first Juffair is one of the best gyms I've been to. The facilities are top notch- the cardio machines, the free weights are modern, clean and well maintained. I especially love the variety of group classess like spin and boxing. The instructors like Kris are very accomodating and professional. She takes time to understand my body goals and suggests workouts that are light and applies to me. I mostly appreciate the atmosphere and the vibe here - the staffs are very friendly and helpful especially Ana. I also like that they have ladies only areas - where i feel more comfortable for some workouts.

My go to gym in Bahrain Absolutely love this gym! The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, the trainers are super helpful, and the atmosphere motivates me to push my limits. Fitness First Bahrain feels HOPE in my Fitness Journey. Highly recommend!

Fitness First Juffair is one of the best gyms I've been to. It's always clean, smells great, and has a positive atmosphere. The team is friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile. Special thanks to Gloria at the reception -- she's always welcoming, cheerful, and professional. The gym is fully equipped and has everything you need for a great workout. Just a small note: some machines could use a bit of maintenance, and it would be great if that could be addressed more promptly. Highly recommended overall!

I've been a member of Fitness First Juffair for approximately 4 months going on 5. Being very new to any GYM or even exercise for that matter I was extremely nervous. BUT, everybody at FF always goes out of their way to make you feel so welcome and comfortable. From the warm greetings and smiles at reception all the way to house keeping, everybody is just so friendly and go out of their way to assist you. They have an amazing ladies only section which I love with so many activities to choose from daily. However I have to give a special shout out to Coach Kris, she has been an absolute golden star on my journey. The way she listens and understands you, and creates programs specifically curated for what you can do is what keeps me motivated to continue. She is tough but understanding, never letting you slack off. Because of her I've come to love working out. GO COACH KRIS

I'd like to give special thanks to Gloria at the reception she's always welcoming, professional, and helpful. Her friendly attitude really makes coming to the gym a better experience. However, the gym equipment needs serious maintenance -- many machines are dusty, rusted, and not well-cleaned. This affects both hygiene and safety. Also, the trainers seem to focus mainly on selling personal training sessions rather than assisting members on the floor, which makes the general workout experience less supportive. My honest review Thank you
