I've been going to this gym for two weeks now, and I'm thrilled with it! It's super clean, with excellent equipment and friendly staff who create a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere. My workouts feel amazing here--I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch gym experience.

Well. The gym itself is okay just like a local gym on a neighborhood. Not an international gym .No hygiene practice . And staff is just chilling and they dont seems to care . People are walking around in socks. Obviously its gym not their homes . Even someone removed their socks near a machine. Man at least staff should educate people Almost 90% of the people are not using towels . Which is very gross . I will not be cleaning someone else mess . People using equipments and benches without towels and staff just siting there . Seems like they have no towel policy . I wanted to use bench press . With this mess who would use it ? Full chest session ruined . I regret that i have purchases 1 year membership. I hope their staff would enforce proper gym ethics .

I highly recommend this gym because I've tried quite a few gyms in Bahrain, and this one is truly outstanding. It's well-maintained, hygienic, and equipped with professional-grade gym equipment. The staff are very professional and the trainers are well-educated. A special mention to Vivek, who keeps the gym neat and tidy 24/7.

It's really an amazing option of gym lovers. Personally its my first choice now. Amazing equipments.

Avoid This Gym -- Total Disappointment I've been a member long enough to say this place is a joke. Despite multiple complaints from myself and others, management clearly doesn't care. Here's what you can expect: * Broken sound system with Spotify ads at times. * Loud vacuuming during workouts -- seriously. * Freezing cold AC, like training in a fridge. * Cheap, unsafe equipment with poor design. * No basic amenities -- not even a fridge. * Faulty bathroom fixtures, including soap dispensers. * No gym etiquette enforcement -- people training in jeans. * Ongoing complaints, zero fixes. Feedback is ignored. For the price they charge, this is a cash grab, not a fitness center. Stay away if you care about training or basic comfort.

I've been a member here long enough to confidently say this is one of the worst gym experiences I've had. Despite several complaints from myself and other members, management continues to ignore basic issues -- they simply don't care. Here's what you can expect if you sign up: * Broken Sound System: The gym runs on what looks like used JBL speakers most of which are busted. Only two speakers actually work. For months, the music would randomly cut off with "Sign up for Spotify Premium" ads playing mid-workout because they didn't even have a proper subscription. * Loud Vacuuming While You Train: Nothing kills your focus like someone vacuuming loudly right next to you while you're working out and yes, they do this regularly during peak hours. * Freezing Cold AC: The air conditioning seems to be leftover from the old toy store that was in this space before the gym. It blasts freezing air nonstop, making the environment uncomfortable and stiffening your muscles rather than warming them up. * Cheap and Poorly Designed Equipment: Many machines feel awkward and unsafe due to weird angles and low build quality. Definitely not the standard you'd expect for the price. * TVs That Are Just for Decoration: They brought in TVs but don't expect them to work most of the time. Other gyms at least have sports or news playing here, the screens are often dead or switched off. * No Basic Facilities Like Fridges: No fridge, no proper member amenities, yet the pricing would make you think otherwise. * Faulty Bathroom Maintenance: Even the automatic soap dispensers are unreliable. Hygiene clearly isn't a priority here. * Zero Gym Etiquette Enforcement: It's not unusual to see people training in completely inappropriate clothing (like jeans), and the staff doesn't seem to care. The final breaking point for me was witnessing someone actually working out in jeans today and nobody in the gym said a word about it. That moment made it clear how poorly this place is run, and I felt the need to warn others so they don't fall into the same cash trap. On top of all this, I've noticed what seems like a very deliberate attempt to bury genuine negative reviews. Right after critical feedback is posted, there's suddenly a wave of two 4-star reviews and one 5-star review -- clearly designed to mask the reality without looking too obvious. Anyone reading this should apply basic critical thinking before trusting these conveniently timed ratings. If you care about quality, hygiene, and a focused workout environment avoid this place. Highly not recommended. Specially with how cheap they are by not even fixing a cover to stop people from tampering with the ac's. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
