A perfect combination of being tough and super friendly. It's a totally friendly environment where our trainer guides each and every individual personally. What I really like about him is that he doesn't just sit at a desk like the owner of the gym, and he doesn't behave like one either. He works as a trainer, watches each and every person individually, and personally guides us like a big brother - which makes our gym feel like family. Highly recommended! The place is super well-maintained, the machines are solid, and there's always a positive energy around. The trainers actually care and helped me set up a routine that fits me.
