One of the Best Gyms in Dolahiti and Lalitpur - Highly Recommended! I've been working out at Ace Fitness in Dolahiti, Lalitpur for a few months, and I'm really impressed! The gym is clean, well-maintained, and has up-to-date cardio and weight training machines. They also have an excellent selection of free weights and functional equipment.

Equipment was ok, and the trainer Adam was a really nice and genuine guy.
The powerlifting setup left a lot to be desired. There is no real space for deadlifts and not much weight for them either.
It's a smaller gym, the range of equipment is quite limited. The machines are of the old-school simple style.
I was happy to see that the benches were much more solid than at the average nepal gym.
