Aarogya Fitness

The Aarogya fitness center offers a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The staff members and trainers are very hospitable, ensuring a comfortable experience for all. They provide assistance to help people achieve their fitness objectives. Furthermore, the gym boasts an extensive range of equipment to cater to various workout preferences. The equipment is well-maintained and readily accessible for use. Additionally, there's convenient parking available, eliminating any hassle for visitors. Ultimately, this center is the perfect place to work out.

The gym is poorly maintained. Several seats are torn, and machines frequently malfunction. Even after raising multiple complaints, the management shows little concern and takes no visible action. Regular and timely maintenance is essential, but unfortunately, it seems to be completely overlooked here.

The gym is okay, but the overall experience is disappointing. The owners have a lot of attitude and often use the machines during peak hours, which is unfair to paying members. The machines are poorly maintained there's always some equipment thats not working and the equipment is often left unorganized. The morning receptionist also has a bad attitude and doesn't know how to speak to customers properly. Despite a recent hike in fees, there have been no upgrades or improvements to the gym equipments. For the price they now charge, the service and maintenance should be much better.

Ive been going to this gym for over a month now and I couldn't be happier. They have pretty much all the equipments you might need, including a pretty decent size space for self workout. The housekeeping is continuously cleaning the gym and everything is pretty well taken care of. The staff are very friendly. I usually go in the afternoon so it's pretty chill and all the members are respectful of everyone else's personal space. You aren't forced to get the sauna package with your gym membership unlike other gyms in Ktm and you can use it as pay per use. This is my go to gym while in KTM and I highly recommend it to everyone:)

I joined Aarogya for 6 months when I was in Nepal and took personal training from Rupesh Bhai ... it was the best training and has all the new equipments !! Also very clean and spacious!! The best value for money !!

awesome place to be physically fit. Experienced trainers with fully family environment to do gym and spa. Newly gym equipments and well decorated area boost up ourselves to continue workout all the best.
