Gold's Gym Nepal

Absolutely fantastic Gym! Though more than likely, not associated officially with Golds, they keep to the gold standard. There's a great weightlifting area with Free Weights ranging from barbell to dumbbell, dumbbells going all the way up to 45kg. Lots of room in the cardio area, tons of different elliptical, and treadmill machines. And as far as I'm aware, it is the only gym in all of Nepal with a stairmaster. It is a bit pricey, but for the quality of the gym, it is worth it. They do honor goals memberships from the United States, but you still have to get a specific pass from this gym. 10/10 would recommend especially if they ever lower the price.

Amazing facility, equipments that are no where to be found, great ventilation (which is a huge missing component in most gyms out here) and of course the first international franchise they've def set the bar way to high totally impressed!! Love working out here!

Absolutely, amazing gym. One of the finest in Nepal. Thanks to the Gold Gym's franchise. Feels like you are working out in foreign country. The equipment are well maintain, new and are frequently cleaned after every use. I recommend every one to try it out. Stay Fit. Work Hard Play Hard.

Best gym in Kathmandu! Clean, super good equipment, kind and professional staff

This is by far the best gym in Lalitpur. It is clean , well maintained, all the equipment is of high quality and in perfect condition. They also have a Finnish and a steam sauna and last but not least the gym is not overcrowded, it is nice and quiet at all times.

I didn't knew that, this is the international franchise Gold's Gym until I visit there. It is so hygienic and well managed equipments. The services they provides for the customers are so good and satisfying too. I feel like this is the best gym I have ever gone through. Thanks Gold's Gym Nepal for the good services. And good luck

The best gym in Lalitpur area, if you are staying near Bhaisepati area you should go here. One of the cleanest gym with best equipment's.
