The best thing about this gym is that it's open 24/7, which makes it very convenient for people with different schedules. The gym is decent overall, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. However, one of the main issues is the limited and outdated equipment -- it really needs to be expanded and upgraded. With a bit of improvement, this place could be excellent

I recently wrote a negative feedback about this gym. But ever since then, the gym has made some positive changes for the better.
I've been a member of this gym since it's opening, and in my opinion what made this gym my second home was the team of trainer that work there. Special thanks to my personal trainer Ahmed, one of the most professional, mature and kindest people I've worked with. If you're considering personal training, look no further, not only is he knowledgable and truly cares about fitness; but he doesn't beleive in one shoe fits all, he caters his fitness plan to your needs and goals and continuously re-evaluates and make changes when needed.

I have been a member here for sometime before the lockdown, the current set up and the expansion is very good.
Dedicated Trainers such as Ekaterina has lifted the standard of the gym, she is not sales as others before and my wife and I would encourage using her knowledge and experience a real asset in the gym.
Ahmed, Salman and Jassim are friendly members of staff and also offer personal training services. I think keeping sales and trainers separate is what happens here and why you should give this gym a try you will not be disappointed.

Oh well, i have to say, after some time spent there, it is not all that bad. It is a small place with limited ....everything.
Staffs are not always there since it is a 24 hrs running gym, but when they are there, they try to be helpful and are friendly. Wish they fill up the sanitizer and place sanitizing wipes for people to use after using the equipment. We saw cleaner cleans & mops but never noticed wiping the machines with proper sanitizing tools.
