Wonderful and helpful place for human body fitness.

They have good equipment in a small place which is impressive the only bad thing is their air condition, their ac Doesn't make the room cold and some fans are slow hut they are gonna change the ac soon and also if you come on night or morning many people are here so consider coming at afternoon you might end up being alone there if you come at afternoon

Honestly I'm surprised how good this gym is. I didn't go to many gyms before so... I can't really compare to others but it's really good specially for the middle class peoples (no offense) for the low prices. But it gas some aws as many places do.. it's kinda small compared to others so the gym gets really crowded when many people comes... The trainer is okay-ish was 3expecting better.. but eh.. it is what it is.

Got Physically Assaulted in the Gym by a Rude egotistical gym goer and have gotten into as many as 3 near Violent Confrontational situations. Staff simply takes the Abuse from Bigger/Intimidating Gym Goers. This Gym usually has a Violent and Aggressive Atmosphere. It's quite decent when the place isn't full but harsher action needs to be taken for Rude People who make it difficult for others to work out. I wouldn't recommend working out here, Do exercises at home or find a Better Gym. If you're not Big and Intimidating yourself don't bother with this Dump.

Space has become a bit clustered due to increased traffic. Need to double a few machines like squat rack but there's no space for that. And the biggest downside for me is it doesn't open early enough.
