One of the Best gyms with Good Maintenance and friendly trainers in the Vanasthalipuram area. The trainers are good. It's not about the size of the gym and how many types of equipment available at the fitness studio. It's all about the knowledge of a trainer. My trainer kept a stupendous effort to customise the workout regime . After doing those customised workouts, I came to know about my strength. How far I've seen it's a very great place when compared to other gym centres, the trainers here are very much supportive, they provide us with great knowledge in workout, diet, nutrition everthing. I recommend more people to join here and be a part of this crazy experience.

Very good gym with best equipment and trainers are very friendly and always willing to help.

Equipment is not well maintained, Every time at least one of the other machines is broken, The only advantage is that it's open all day, and has a BMI machine but, nowadays all gyms have it not worth the fee that they ask for.

Worst policies ever, don't have any humanitarian courtesies very commercial I won't recommend joining here

Good and neat place with excellent team of trainers.I got good transformation .My strength increased drastically because of their wonderful exercise regime which is customised to my needs.
