The environment is super motivating and always energetic. Trainers here are knowledgeable, supportive, and push you the right way. Highly recommend this place to anyone serious about fitness! Personally this place has changed me a lot in terms of mentally and physically. People are very welcoming and environment is really good. Also the equipments are far better than any other gyms in kondapur and not pinching your pocket.

"Chadhu" is a highly knowledgeable trainer who designs personalized, effective workout and diet plans. His supportive approach makes training sessions both challenging and motivating.... Nice equipment, almost everything is there you need. Wish there are more kettle bells to do HIIT. The dumbbell area could get crowded. The yoga mats could use cleaning after every use. They wash once a week. They should put cleaning wipes and gym goers clean up the equipment they use - sometimes I clearly see sweat spots, smell. The best part is the trainers always helping.
