I had the pleasure of working with Zahra and I can't recommend her enough! Her workout sessions are not only effective but also incredibly fun. She creates a positive and energetic atmosphere that makes every session enjoyable. Each workout is tailored to keep things fresh and engaging, ensuring I look forward to every class.

Great place to start working out and taking care of yourself. Zahra(the trainer) is exceptional in her job, always pushes and motivates to do better. It has been a few months since I joined but I see a lot of change and improvement in my health. If you are looking for a place to starting working out this is the place for you :)

Words are not enough to describe my transformation with Zahra. I started off as a person with stress belly and lots of undesirable body fat which I personally disliked a lot, but after joining Zahra's Fitness Classes, I gradually analysed the changes in me and embraced fitness gradually. Workouts curated by Zahra are so conducive and effective that at the end of the workout , one feels the fat getting burnt and energy levels boosted up for the rest of the day.Gymming has improved my stamina, focus, planning, hair, skin and most importantly sleep and diet. Its just amazing having Zahra as my Fitness Coach .Its almost 4 months that we have been working out and I lost nearly 6 kgs with slight fluctuations (cheat meals) with gymming and diet. I am looking forward to lose a further of 4-5 kgs under Zahra's Fitness Coaching.Thank you so much Zahra.

Result oriented and dedicated trainer are rare to find. im glad I found this place as it caters to exactly what I want! Passionate trainer and knows exactly what her customers want and personalises training according to their needs! Would recommend all fitness freaks to plan their workout here!!

Very good gym for ladies! Gym Trainer know her job quiet well. Very friendly And gives the right advise for a healthy living. Must Try!

Had an amazing experience at this gym !! Excellent trainer and lost those extra killos too .. with a variety of equipments ,facilities and a friendly environment !!! Would definitely recommend
