Vivek is an excellent trainer! He is enthusiastic and makes working out so much fun. I am not self motivated when it comes to exercise and need some one to push me. Working with Vivek changed my perspective and I look forward to my sessions with him. He pushes you out of your comfort zone during sessions, explains the benefits of each workout you are doing, modifies them according to our needs and abilities, and encourages you to ask questions. The best thing about Vivek is that he makes you accountable for the home work, diet etc. He keeps checking on you during the day about your diet, workouts etc so that you cannot slack. That was the most important aspect for me as I always needed that little nudge :) Thank you, Vivek!

Vivek is a very professional Personal Trainer. He customized the training according to my needs, limitation and capability. And surprisingly, my capability was increased automatically along the progress without I really felt suffer to it. He is a very dedicated Martial Art Athlete as well and has won the world championship. I don't have any single doubt to train with him.

In just a few sessions, Vivek has already proved that he's different than other trainers! He sets challenging goals for his clients, but also remains flexible. For example, he wanted me to do 50 jump ropes, but when he saw I could keep going he pushed me to do it. At the same time, he's really cognizant of any limitations/injuries we might have and listened to my feedback to continuously fine-tune his instructions. He also explains the significance of each workout by quizzing me on which muscles I am using for each exercise/stretch. It makes it a much more interactive process! Above all, his enthusiasm and cheerfulness make sessions really fun--even when I am sweating buckets :)

Work with Vivek only if you want real transformation to your physic, life style and mindset. For everything else and for low quality results you have other trainers. This review is based on my transformation experience with Vivek from 5 months of work. 220 lbs to 178 lbs with increased endurance and agility.
