One of the best gyms I've been to ! Top class interior, high end equipment and certified professionals ... I don't think it can get any better ! The vibe this place gives me is insane! One of the best gym in Sainikpuri area , our personal trainer Upender is incredibly professional and is investing in our family goals whether it is strength training , cardio , flexibility or nutrition advice . Truly the best gym in the area. Been here for nearly 2 years now. Great equipment, aesthetic look and some of the friendliest, most helpful trainers you'll find. All you have to do is ask, they'll guide you with no hesitation. Upendar, Srinivas, Manikanta, Kalyan, Vijay... Truly good trainers! I once even left to try out something new, explored a few options and I came right back. Because nothing else felt like this. Special thanks to Upendar. I trained with him (PT) for a year. He's not only knowledgeable, he also cares. Fixes your form, explains movements, focuses on the little things that make a big difference. He stayed by my side, rep after rep, day after day. He didn't just train me, he taught me. Even now, though I'm no longer taking personal training, he still gives me my daily workouts, tells me what to do, checks in and answers doubts. No drama, no ego. Just pure support. And if you're lucky enough to train under Upendar, trust me, you're in good hands. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! There's a sense of community here. It's not just machines and mirrors. It's people pushing each other, nodding in respect, trainers cheering you on even if you're not 'their' client. That energy is rare.

It was a pleasant atmosphere when entered the front office of V2 fitness Zone, welcomed by the ever-smiling Mr. Jyothsna Kumar. After listening to my requirements, he introduced the young, dynamic and very well versed personal trainer, Mr. Vijay Kumar. Mr. Vijay Kumar patiently listened to me and planned my workouts as per my requirements. I have been sailing with Mr. Vijay for the past more than 30 days to my utmost satisfaction.
