Assosiated for 1 year with Sneha's yoga class. Early morning 6am class sets the tone for a great start of the day. Highly recommend this yoga class for her exceptional instruction and calming atmosphere. I am just back from a vacation to Leh Ladakh a high altitude region where the oxygen is very less . My experience was that my consistent workouts at Priya's fitness , the strength training's , the yoga practices , the pranayamas with Priya helped me sustain at this harsh climatic conditions with normal body oxygen levels throughout where usually people complain of drop in body oxygen levels and High altitude sickness .Thank you Priya for being my fitness guru .
