Good gym with good maintenance and has almost all equipment (except mounted squat-rack) with almost no negatives. Some suggestions: 1) - Please remove the ab-crunch machine as no one uses it, in its place, please install a good squat rack that is mounted to the floor, the current squat rack keeps shaking/wobbling and it can have chances of falling when doing heavy weights as it is not mounted to the floor in place, making it unusable 2) Music volume is often too loud and sometimes gives headaches, so it needs to be moderated better. A good suggestion would be to not play music in morning hours as most people who come to gym during morning hours are older people, and a lot of them prefer doing gym when it is quiet and peaceful. Instead, it would be better to play music only during evening hours when the majority of the crowd is younger people who prefer having music.
