The Gym lacks Maintenance & Proper Trainers they are not trainers who help people they are either arguing with the clients or harassing them , specially Naveen & Varun they are absolutely pathetic trainers ,they don't know how to speak to a client they lack in basic manners nor floor etiquette , If you're looking at personal training or joining in the gym I would suggest don't do it because it's waste of money spending on these illiterate trainers ,the management is worst when it comes to handling things the washrooms are bad , the mirrors are broken , the dumbbells are haphazardly kept , sometimes there is no water to drink .. all in all want to say that it's a bad experience coming to this gym even cult also doesn't respond to your mails .. join a gym where you get good respect and worth for every money you spend .. And last but not the least you will never see they switch on the Ac they bluntly tell you we will not switch on during off peak hours it's only from 6-10am these trainers are very rude in their reply! Absolutely pathetic behaviour!

Here are the major issues I have personally encountered: Air Conditioning Not Operational - Regardless of multiple requests from members, the ACs are consistently kept off, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe environment for workouts. No Changing Room Facility - A basic necessity in any gym, especially in a premium brand like Cult. The absence of a proper changing room is a serious inconvenience. Dirty Washrooms - The hygiene levels are shocking. The washrooms are unclean, poorly maintained, and do not reflect Cult's brand standards. False Advertising - The pictures and descriptions provided online are misleading. The actual gym setup is far below the standards showcased. This isn't just a matter of discomfort - it is a clear breach of trust and service quality, and borders on cheating paying customers out of both time and money. We expect better from a reputed fitness brand like Cult.

I've been training for the past few months, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The facility is clean, modern, and well-equipped with a wide variety of machines, free weights, and functional training areas. Whether you're a beginner or a serious lifter, this gym has everything you need.

The gym is well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with a wide range of modern machines--from cardio to strength training. There's never a shortage of equipment, even during peak hours, which shows great planning on their part.

No response at the gym no trainers are available on sundays and Front desk help will be available no good response you'll receive from the owner it's a whole time waste to go that gym no lights or fans or AC were on 20/7/2025 as the clients we had to on light and fans

Absolutely nonsensical gym, low end gyms in random ally's have better air conditioning than this gym these money mongerers never switch on AC they have some wierd rule not to turn on AC at afternoon lol, why even install a central cooling, the equipment's are going bad day by day the steam Dosent work, save your money join some random small gym in the same area they provide much better service .

This has been one of the most disappointing gym experiences I've ever had, especially coming from a brand like Cult that claims to offer a "premium" fitness environment. The biggest issue? Their absurd air conditioning policy. The staff openly admit that the ACs are only switched on during peak hours (6 AM to 10 AM), and absolutely refuse to turn them on at any other time -- no matter how hot, humid, or suffocating the gym gets. It's shocking how little regard they have for member comfort and safety. Working out in such stifling conditions, especially during high-intensity or cardio sessions, is not just uncomfortable -- it's a serious health and safety risk. The heat and lack of ventilation make it unbearable. When asked, the staff coldly respond with: "We don't switch on the AC after 10 AM." That's it. No explanation, no concern. Many people who attend in the afternoon or evening are left sweating excessively and feeling completely drained even before the workout begins. In a facility built for physical exertion, proper ventilation and temperature control should be a basic requirement -- not a luxury. ALSO, DON'T BE MISLED BY THE GLOWING 5-STAR REVIEWS -- MANY APPEAR TO BE FAKE OR FORCED. . Cult really needs to address this blatant disregard for customer experience before calling itself "premium" again.
