Very good gym with friendly trainers and equipments well maintained. Gym trainers are very approachable and guide you, motivate clients everyday without fail, which we won't find in most of the Gym centers nowadays. Trainer - Naseer is a highly professional trainer and i got to learn a lot from his knowledge of workouts.

This gym is excellent. From the receiptionist/Sirisha to the Trainer/Senthyl Sir. Communication is as easy as 1,2,3. Senthyl sir is simply very good with his clients. He does not push his client to do any exercise until he sees where they stand first with their capabilities. Then he will recommend what is good for you taking into account your weaknesses and strengths. Not many instructors does that. I have benefited from Senthyl sir instructions who corrected my postures with weight training which I have been doing it the wrong way for a while. I am very pleased with the gym and the trainer. My strong recommendation if someone is serious about building their strength, Senthyl Sir is the trainer!!!

The gym is great. Equipment is well maintained. The trainers are very helpful and easy to communicate with and their guidance has helped me grow alot.

Gym is okay, BUT the staff is not that helpful I had a personal emergency and just asked if my family or friend can continue on behalf of me(paid for one full year), they straight away denied.. atleast they should have tried..

I would not recommend the gym because the management is worst they don't know how to communicate to a client.. also the gym is very small u with no washrooms or any facilities the equipment is low grade if you are looking for some good time and getting fit then I would not at all recommended this gym, paying so much with no ambience and proper trainers this gym is a strict no please don't spend on this gym!

Best workout place to see result in your body I've been working out since 4 months and the result was really awesome I suggest every begginners to join this gym and see the change in your own body
