Good space, good equipments! Ausaf sir trains us, opted for general training he doesn't give us same workouts but he gives new variations as well. The rule should be strictly followed about people carrying the gym shoes and a separate pair of them for the gym only which would keep the gym more tidier. Overall i am continuing at this gym because all trainers are amazing especially ausaf sir as he gives the required attention and best workouts, be it general training as well. I hope the management looks into making it a better place.

I am a regular at the gym and safe to say it's one of the best places around the area. Every person is extremely friendly and helpful and takes out time to help. I train under Ausaf and he is the best. They definitely took time to understand what concerns I had and how my goals looked like and work around that. Extremely professional and fun to workout here.

This is one of the finest gyms in and around secunderabad. Equipment is very good and the floor is very well maintained. The interior is good and the equipment gives us a push to workout. Personally, I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a good one in this area. The owner of the gym is grounded and approachable and responds very quickly on any kind of a suggestion or complaint alike.

Time the gym needs to look at a change in terms of equipment as well as music rather than play regional stuff which feels like your on a street . Once upon a time I did consider it's the best but now the impression kinda dropped . Definitely need some extra eye from management to take care of things . And equipments need some maintenance too . Time to consider a switch to another place

If you want to have a friendly and professional gym never join this gym. Worst gym , worst management , worst trainer's. Totally commercial gym. Trainer's are comercial and the trainer's are not professional they force you to take personal training pack and it costs 30,000/- if you don't take this pack they never care anything about you in gym. Sundays and festival are closed without saying any information to the clients. Only on name it is AC gym but the trainer's always OFF the AC. Mostly the AC is off. The trainer ( venu ) don't have manners and ethics and they don't know how to behave with clients.

I joined this fitness center last year. The very good things about this gym is that it's very hygiene & the equipments are of high quality standards. The ambience & interiors are very serene for peace of mind. It's located adjacent to St Mary's Centenary College Secunderabad. Roads adjacent to DMart & Apollo Hospital leads straight to this Gym. You need not believe my words & my review blindly. You yourself can check out the reality by giving one visit to this Very Good Place at Ur convenience & realise truth in my words & in my review.

Love the space and gym is very neat. U hv machine's for every workouts. Trainers train u very well. Not like other gyms filled with attitude trainers of no use. My second home.

3rd year in this gym and it's wonderful with large space to workout and all types of equipments. Trainers are super friendly and one of the best gyms in this part of the city ! Keep it up.
