It's very bad experience when I visited to the gym first time..! With out any plan I'm Crossing the gym towards Aoc so find the gym just I want check the timings and facilities in the gym. When i entering in to the gym they said sir please don't enter in to gym with out shoes..I was shocked for while and then I'm requesting to the person atleast can I get the details for new joining..! For that he's allowed me to the desk..! If you want check the gym with out any footwear you can check..!And asking guest details with there records..!I said I will come with the shoes and I will give you the complete details.
But thing is first impression is the last impression..!
Please train well your staff to know the basic value of the customer.

The gym is well maintained, hygenic and has an open terrace concept with a studio for zymba and yoga, my PT is Rajesh sir, and he's very professional and helpful in helping u to have customised exercise routine that suits your requirement, he makes the workout challenging as well as fun. Been four months now training with him and definitely I find a lot of difference in my stamina levels. Highly recommend . The staff is co operative and receptive to all your concerns , definitely one of the best gyms available in the area with upgraded equipment .
