Undoubtedly one of the best gyms in Beeramguda and very professional in every aspect. It has the latest and best equipment and work out videos as well as best trainers for any exercise, form and posture correction.

Despite the gym being overcrowded with too much public, the facility remains under-equipped to handle the crowd. Members are supposed to wait for basic equipment due to ongoing shortages -- all barbells are in poor condition, and several benches are under repair. To make matters worse, there's only a single washroom available for everyone, which is simply unacceptable. These limitations seriously affect the workout experience and reflect poor planning and resource management.

I've had an incredible experience with the training program at my gym. My Trainer- Uday is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invests in helping me achieve my fitness goals. Each session is well-structured, combining strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises that keep workouts challenging yet enjoyable.

Read this before you join i was member of this gym for 3 years but because of the way the behaved with me i got my refund and joined into some other gym. am writing this detailed review so that it will help someone to decide before they join Lack of Basic Facilities Firstly, the gym fails to provide basic facilities that are essential for any fitness center. There are no functioning washrooms available for members. This is not only highly inconvenient but also a serious hygiene concern. Additionally, the lighting within the gym is inadequate, creating a dim and unwelcoming environment. Proper lighting is crucial for both safety and a positive workout experience, and the lack of it is a glaring oversight. Unprofessional and Rude Staff Behavior When I approached the staff to address these issues, I was met with an unprofessional and rude response. Instead of acknowledging and addressing my concerns, the staff behaved in an argumentative and dismissive manner. They explicitly stated that they will run the gym however they want and implied that complaints are unwelcome. Such an attitude is completely unacceptable in any customer service-oriented business. Interaction with the Gym Owner The situation escalated when I spoke to the gym owner. Rather than demonstrating any concern for member satisfaction or willingness to improve the facilities, the owner mirrored the staff's unprofessional behavior. The owner reiterated that they would not change how they operate the gym and suggested that members who complain are not valued. This blatant disregard for customer feedback is shocking and entirely contrary to any standard of professional conduct. Overall, my experience at Speed fitness has been extremely disappointing. The lack of basic amenities such as washrooms and proper lighting, combined with the rude and dismissive behavior of both the staff and the owner, makes it clear that member satisfaction is not a priority at this establishment. I strongly advise potential members to consider these issues before joining. Until then, I cannot recommend this gym to anyone seeking a positive and supportive workout environment.

It's essential for Cult Fitness to prioritize general client needs and ensure a balanced focus on all members to enhance the overall fitness experience. Certainly, if you want to specify that only personal training will be provided, consider putting up a notice stating, "Personal Training Services Only - General Clients Not Accepted." This will help set clear expectations for potential clients.
