I joined Vyayamshala a little more than a month back. Right from the first day, I was very impressed by the space and the equipments in the gym. All the 3 trainers - Bhasker, Sanjay and Ravi are quite experienced and professional. They have encouraged and inspired me to push myself and keep improving. Bhasker always supports his training with scientific explanation which shows that he is not just a gym trainer but is quite knowledgeable regarding the science of exercise.
The place is hygienic and well kept as well. They seem to have some excellent transformational stories from their clients too. Do visit the place and check it out for yourselves!
