Muscle and Fitness Gym

I have been to this gym for a couple of months since it's near to my home and can't skip on the distance reason. it's open morning and eveng even on Sundays. Instructor doesn't help you much unless you take the personal package for 7k. When I first entered this gym it had 3 treadmills working, 2 cycling , 2 elliptical for cardio and with a lot og gym equipment. After a month 2 of the treadmills stopped working and they least bothered. Gym is pretty crowded. bettr to go at odd times. it's for both women and men. It's okay to go if you don't have much expectations

Nice gym with all necessary equipments for both gents and ladies. Very good trainer, anyone who is beginner can choose him. He will train you very well as per your target.

Gym is fine and is having a good Trainer. As there are two sides where men won't use the right side more than the left, ladies can comfortably use that side for treadmill, cycling, and small workouts

Gym equipment is upgraded and properly arranged you have option to choose among weight or cardio and both. Which is much better

Small gym but it can manage the crowd. Ideal for women.
