They always helped me to do correct postures and how silly the question I might ask, they are ready to clear all my doubts without any hesitation. Learned few things which are unknown to me, but very useful in our daily lives. Adi sir explained the Methodology which is quite good. Evaraina advance practice kosam join avvali ani anukunte no doubt just go for it because it is the best yoga studio in khammam.
