Great place to workout. They have super friendly staff and are all there to help you to get better. My personal Trainer Murali Anna treats me like his own brother. I'm glad for being trained in presence of him. I definitely made a great decision by switching to this Sona gym from other gyms

Been going to Sona Gym since 5 years now. Not just me, but my family too. It has all the equipment a fitness enthusiast can ask for. Ramu garu, the coach/trainer/owner, is a very humble and sweet person. He himself has an experience of close to 20-30 years in both training and body building. He makes it a point to design programs for every trainee as per their respective goals. With recent renovation, the place is much more spacious and has an amazing vibe. I've seen outstanding results in these last 5 years. And truly the best gym in Khammam currently!
